| You've seen the film and sung the songs and now it's time to see the musical.
A group of us have booked tickets to see the show on the 14th May.
There may be tickets available from the theatre if you would still like to go. Trudy has booked tickets in the Grand circle G5-G10.
You might be able to book adjacent seats or seats nearby. You can book through the theatre's website or one of the many agencies offering tickets.
When booked, please also text/call Trudy to let her know you are coming as the group will be organising a pre-theatre meal, sandwich, drink beforehand. Grease is the word! |

| This was a popular venue before as one of the more upmarket of Turkish restaurants.
Efes a very retro feel, but the place has a romance for all that.
Traditional Middle Eastern food such as stuffed vine leaves and taramasalata with an extraordinary selection of kebabs are all on the menu for an unforgettable meal and eatery! |

| If it is a chuckle you are looking for this month, then don't miss this one. Bar Billiards is an old Sussex game, nothing like pool or snooker as the table is a lot smaller and has black and white pegs on it, which you try not to hit. Imagine the hilarity when you knock down the black peg and lose all of your points for the entire game!
To locate the group you can phone the mobile, we will be as near to the back of the bar as we can get as this is where the table is. (Don’t make the mistake of going into the glassblowers arms which has a similar name and is nearby, as you will find no bar billiards table and no EL group).
So either come and have a go, or just watch the rest of us making complete spectacles of ourselves.
There will be an 'odd and unusual prize' for the person scoring the highest points.

| New members – this will be an excellent event to attend for newly joined Entertaining London members to meet some of our friendly regular crowd. Please ask for the Entertaining London / Amelia reserved area which we are have requested from the venue. Or call / text host when you arrive if they cannot reserve us an area.
Join Darren for one of a series of spring/summer visits to the popular Balls Bros in Hay's Galleria. Tonight, we have requested our regular area especially for Entertaining London on the outside terrace which is ideal because although outside, it is also covered, so caters for all weathers.

| If you have an interest in music, enjoy live concerts, or just like quizzes then this is the event for you!
We’ll have a chat about gigs we’ve been to and perhaps arrange to go to a concert in the near future. If there’s a particular act you would like to see then do say.
Then at 8pm we’ll split up into small teams and start the quiz. One of our regular members will have prepared the quiz and will act as quizmaster, offering clues to those teams struggling with tricky questions! We'll probably find some tables to the far right of the pub but call / text Darren if you can't find the EL group. This event starts at 7.00pm but you are welcome to arrive later. |

| Join Entertaining London members for drinks and optional bowling at the Trocadero. Tom has booked for start of play at 8.30 pm at the bowling alley on the top floor of the Trocadero, in the Funland arcade. We're meeting in the adjacent Sports Bar for drinks, for those who have not joined us at the restaurant. All levels of ability catered for... we have had a great time at previous EL bowling events, so I look forward to seeing you all again!
The lanes have been booked to play one game, but if available we can try to play another game if enough people are willing. Please do not book and no-show as you will be liable for the £6.49 payment. Thanks. After bowling we can have some more drinks and explore the Trocadero or nearby bars. |

| Following the great success of our Tuesday Clubnights, Entertaining London is pleased to continue The Tuesday Crowd! Events. Dedicated to welcoming our many new members to Entertaining London, every Tuesday, we meet at some of London’s nicest bars, trendy clubs, pubs and winebars including some unusual venues that we have not visited before!
Newly joined members, please do join us at a nice, traditional venue, The Crooked Surgeon (formerly Hogshead).
We have reserved tables, probably upstairs by the windows exclusively for Entertaining London".
We will enjoy some free snacks!
Our last event at this venue was a great success with good food so do come along for yet another great evening out with Entertaining London!

| This will be an excellent event for newly joined EL members to attend, and meet fellow Entertaining London members.
The George is London's only surviving galleried coaching inn. It stands on the south side of the River Thames near London Bridge, in a quaint cobbled courtyard off Borough High Street.
We will hopefully be meeting outside in their lovely courtyard if good weather, otherwise inside.
